We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting it at all times. The platform offers a vast range of services designed to provide users with an engaging and enriching online experience. For additional information about the platform and its purpose, please visit the About Us section. The platform collects user information in two ways:

1. Information supplied by Users and

2. information automatically tracked during User(s) navigation on the Platform.

Before you share any knowledge on the Platform, please take a moment to read this Privacy Policy. It explains how we collect, use and secure your information. By using the Platform, you give your consent to how we handle your information as mentioned here. Your frequent use of the Platform means you accept this Privacy Policy and the way we collect, use and share your information.

Your Privacy Matters to Us

You can opt not to share some personal information with us, withdraw your consent to collect certain data, ask us to temporarily stop collecting your information, or request that we delete your personal information. But please make sure that if you do this, you probably will not be able to use all the features and services we offer. Also, we reserve the right to limit or stop providing our services to you in similar cases.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to keep you informed of new laws and improvements. When we create changes, we will notify you. The latest version of our Privacy Policy will always be available on this page. Therefore, you can see what information we collect, how we use and store it and when we might share it.

Disclosure / Information Sharing

Your trust is important to us at Fantasiematch. When you access our website, we gather information from and about you, as well as about how you use our services. Here is how we disclose or share that information, always striving to keep it safe and open.

What type of information can we share

  • The personal data you’ve given us (e.g., name, email address, phone number, payment or billing information)
  • Information regarding your use of our Services or taking part in any Contests or promotions
  • Technical data like device type, operating system, IP address, or usage patterns, where relevant

With whom we may share your information

We might share your information with:

  • Our affiliates and group entities

These are businesses related to ours. We share data so they can reach out to you about products or services they have, which might be of interest to you, considering your use of our platform services.

  • Third‑party service providers

We use outside firms to assist us in operating the business more efficiently. These might be providers of data analytics, data storage, upkeep, help desk services, app and site improvements, etc. When we employ them, we do our best to make them adhere to the same data protection policies we have.

  • Commercial partners for marketing & promotions

We might distribute anonymous or aggregated data to partners to inform marketing and promotions or optimise user engagement. Data that is not identifiable to you but provides general information on usage patterns by aggregation, we mean.

  • In transactions of business

If our business (or part of it) is sold, merged with another business, or transferred, the customer & user data we have (including usage information) may be one of the business assets that will be transferred. By using our Platform and our services, you agree to such transfers under such circumstances.

Your consent to sharing

By utilising our Platform or our website creation services, you can specifically agree and acknowledge:

Our collection, storage, use, and sharing of your information as outlined here

  • Any prospective disclosure or transfer of your data to our group entities, affiliates, third parties, or in business transactions.
  • If we do change the way we share data, we will let you know in the policy changes or direct communication, as necessary.

Special Cases when we share without notice

We might need to share or disclose information without your particular prior permission in some very limited but important situations, for instance:

  • If we are required by law, by court order or any government request
  • To comply with legal process or regulations
  • To avoid fraud, abuse, or other wrongful or harmful conduct
  • To safeguard the safety, rights or security of you, other users, or our Platform and services

Use of Cookies & Tracking Tools

In order to make your experience with us more seamless when you access our website or app, we make use of cookies and similar tools. Here is what that entails:

  • Cookies are tiny pieces of data which are left on your device. They assist us in recognising that device in the future, saving preferences, or finding out how you navigate our site or app.
  • We may place a random, individual identifier (User ID) on your device to assist us in understanding users’ activity, personalising content or enhancing services.
  • If you register or log in, we can associate that identifier with your account (so we know what you like, etc.). Otherwise, the information remains more general.
  • Cookies can’t read data from your device’s hard disc or access files. They just hold information you or your browser provided.
  • Third-party advertisers or analytics companies we employ might use cookies or similar technologies themselves. We try to ensure they comply with privacy standards, but we do not control everything that they do.

Apart from cookies, our servers also automatically collect certain information once you connect, such as your IP address, which page or site you visited, and which device you’re on. This assists in providing website or app content, traffic measurement, viewing users from what locations, and enhancing website development services or app development services.

Links to Other Websites

When you use our Platform or services offered by our company:

  • You can click on links that lead you to third‑party websites (for instance, vendors, partners, integrations).
  • We have no control over those websites. They each have their own privacy policies.
  • After you leave our Platform, what we do with your data or how it is handled is up to that third‑party site’s policy.
  • We suggest you take a look at the privacy policies of websites you go to. We don’t control what goes on on third‑party sites.

Security of Your Information

We implement various security measures to safeguard the information you provide to us when using our services:

  • Your information is stored in secure databases, behind firewalls, with limited access (only certain authorised staff can view certain sensitive information).
  • Technical security measures such as encryption are employed, particularly when dealing with financial information or payment information.
  • Our servers are updated regularly; we scan for indications of unauthorised access or unusual activity.

However, no system is perfect. We cannot guarantee that data transferred over the internet is completely safe or that storage is totally immune from all possible threats. Also, things you post in public areas (if our platform has discussion forums, comments, etc.) may be visible to others.

By accessing our site and using our site/app development services, you recognise and accept this risk. Additionally, you acknowledge that your information can be stored or processed in locations outside of India, as required by law.

Advertising & Performance Data

  • We can share anonymous, aggregated information with advertisers or marketing partners. That is, data about how many people clicked, which pages get the most clicks, etc., but not data that directly links to you.
  • We may also employ cookies or pixel tracking for ad targeting or ad performance measurement.
  • We may, on occasion, contact you with specific offers, new service introductions, or our new features. Only if you agree to these communications.

Deceptive Communications

We strongly advise against fraud, phishing, or spoofed communications purportedly from us. These messages may:

  • Falsely claim you have won something
  • Request your password, payment details, or other personal sensitive information
  • Redirect to imitation or malicious sites

We will never ask for your personal sensitive information (SPI) through mail or message unless part of a known, verified process (such as customer support you contacted). If you receive something fishy, do not reply or give your info. You can reach out to us to confirm.

Conditions of Use & Liability

  • We do not warrant our services, servers, or communications will always be “virus-free” or infallible.
  • We shall not be liable for losses (monetary or otherwise) that result from the use or inability to use our Platform or services, except as required by laws applicable to us.
  • Our highest liability for any situation shall be capped at INR 100 (or any other figure you provide) unless otherwise required by law or agreed in a written document.

Retention of Data

  • We will retain your personal data for as long as is required for the purposes we collected it for (providing service, business operations, complying with law, etc.)
  • If the purpose is completed and there is no business or legal basis to keep your data, we will erase it or anonymise it so individual users cannot be identified.
  • In some instances (e.g. regulatory or legal obligations, contractual commitments), we might be required to retain certain data for longer.

Account Deletion / Data Deletion

  • You have the right to delete your account and personal data at any time by contacting us through our Help & Support (or similar) channel.
  • Once we get your request, we will act on it within one month (or some other lawful period) from (a) your request or (b) receiving any additional information we need from you — whichever is later.
  • After deletion, you will be out of the Platform and lose access to your data.
  • Depending on policy, you may be able to recover your account/data within six (6) months of deletion if you have a change of heart.
  • We erase or anonymise your information in a manner that is safe and complete, although backups might be slower to completely erase.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Any differences relating to this policy or your use of services will be resolved according to the dispute resolution process set out in our Terms of Use or as appropriate under the law.

Updating Your Information

You can also opt out of consent for certain data uses (for instance, receiving marketing emails), but some functions in our services will be impacted.

If your personal information changes (e.g., email address, phone, company), update your profile on the Platform or let us know.

You are entitled to access, change, or update your personal data at any time.
